DECOELEVEN Return & Refund Policy
At DECOELEVEN, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, not all items are eligible for return or refund. Please review our policy before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
• Be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Have the original proof of purchase.
• Be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
If your item does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase.
• Used, damaged, or items missing original packaging.
• Products that have been altered, customized, or modified.
Refund Policy & Exclusions
• Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable – Refunds will only be issued for the product price, excluding shipping fees.
• Returns Due to Personal Preference – If you no longer want the product for personal reasons, we cannot provide a refund.
• Incorrect or Defective Items – If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@deco-eleven.com with photos as proof. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Lost or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please contact FedEx or UPS for further assistance.
Return & Refund Process
If your return meets the eligibility criteria:
1. Contact Us – Email info@deco-eleven.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Receive Instructions – Our team will provide return instructions, including where to send the item.
3. Ship the Item – You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Additional Notes
• If you request a refund and it is approved, you may not be eligible to repurchase the same item in the future.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
